Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • The delivery time takes about 3-7 working days, depending on courier nearby your area and the stocks availability.

  • Postage will only be done on weekdays. Shipment is not done on weekends and public holidays; it will be continued on a working week.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

  • If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Exchange Policy

At Kinghouse Apparel, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns or refunds, we are happy to offer size exchanges under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Sale or promotional items are non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect.

Exchange Condition

  • Exchanges are limited to size adjustments only; changes in design or style are not permitted.

  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges when returning and re-shipping the exchanged item.

  • We will ship out the new item for free (one-time only). Any further exchanges will have all shipping costs covered by the customer.

  • Exchanges can also be done in-store for free at our Headquarters in Cheras.

  • All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval once the returned item is received.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Reach out to our customer service team at 013-7672517 (Whatsapp) with your order number and exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Wait for confirmation and exchange instructions from our team.

  • Ship the item back to the address provided.

  • Once inspected and approved, we’ll ship your replacement item within 3–5 working days (subject to availability).
